What you will do

• Manage high-visibility and escalated technical support issues related to partner devices.
• Act as a liaison between internal teams (Support, Dev, QA, Product Management) and Strategic Partner Relationship Managers.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for various OEM devices.
• Project manage OEM certifications for new devices to ensure timely completion.
• Interface with OEM technical teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Identify commonalities among partners and strategize for synergies and optimizations.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of EMM industry experience.
• Prior experience of at least one year in a Sales Engineer or Level 2 Tech Support role.
• Experience working with diverse groups of internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written), focused on providing a high level of customer service.
• High knowledge of MobiControl.
• Degree or Diploma in Computer Networking, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
