Strategic Partners Technical Manager: Responsible for managing technical issues and ensuring device support for hirify.global's key OEM partners, acting as a liaison between internal teams and partners. Focus on resolving complex technical issues related to manufacturer devices or OS platforms and ensuring timely OEM certifications for new devices.

What you will do

  • Oversee and resolve high-visibility/escalated technical support issues related to partner devices.
  • Act as a liaison between Support, Development, QA, and Strategic Partner Relationship Managers.
  • Manage OEM certifications, ensuring new devices are certified promptly.
  • Interface with OEM technical teams to resolve customer and device-specific issues.
  • Understand Partner Roadmaps and APIs for same-day support of new devices.
  • Define new processes to optimize collaboration with OEMs.

Requirements

  • Background in Sales Engineer or Level 2 Tech Support role (minimum one year).
  • Minimum 3 years of EMM industry experience.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and experience with diverse stakeholders.
  • High knowledge of MobiControl.
  • Degree or Diploma in Computer Networking, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
