What you will do

• Act as a role model, guiding and supporting your team through challenges.
• Help team members set development and career goals, building growth pathway frameworks.
• Oversee all technical aspects of delivery, ensuring client satisfaction and team happiness.
• Partner with the Talent team to plan and execute recruitment strategies for top talent.
• Drive comprehensive documentation for best practices and project work.
• Support the Head of Engineering on long-term strategic projects and improve engineering workflows.

• Strong technical acumen with a genuine passion for people.
• Excels at building relationships and creating psychological safety across teams and clients.
• Combines strong technical judgment with business acumen and thought leadership.
• Must be comfortable managing people expectations, discussing salaries, and conducting reviews.
• Comfortable with client relationships and business development involvement.
• English: B2 required.
