What you will do

• Manage and mentor a team of high-performing Product Marketing Managers.
• Define TAM, target markets, business opportunities, and develop go-to-market strategies.
• Craft and optimize positioning and messaging around the market, company, platform, and products.
• Partner with Product leadership to shape a differentiated product roadmap and successfully launch new products.
• Equip sales teams with messaging, strategies, materials, and market knowledge to increase close rates and sales velocity.
• Ensure partners and channels are fully supported with necessary materials, training, and support.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in B2B SaaS product marketing.
• Experience leading and inspiring a team of marketers.
• Excellent communication skills, including presenting to executive leaders and cross-functional partners.
• Expertise in creating strong working relationships across cross-functional teams and aligning with global stakeholders.
• Ability to create various marketing assets, including product demo videos, slide pitch-decks, and product data sheets.
• Ability to use data and analytics to drive decision-making and a consistent track record of delivering measurable marketing metrics.
