TL;DR

Head of Growth (App Monetization): Developing and owning the growth strategy for a revenue OS for app businesses with an accent on user acquisition, conversion, and retention. Focus on rebuilding digital presence, launching performance marketing campaigns, and expanding in the US and APAC markets.

Location: Flexible remote work is offered, with the option to work onsite in Belgrade or London offices. This role is available from anywhere.

What you will do

  • Develop and own the growth strategy and roadmap, defining ambitious growth objectives.
  • Build and lead a high-performing growth team, mentoring existing members and filling key gaps.
  • Establish clear KPIs and dashboards for growth, monitoring performance and reporting to the leadership team.
  • Manage hirify.global's tone of voice and external communications for the software engineer audience.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of significant growth in user acquisition and revenue.
  • Deep knowledge of the app market, especially mobile app monetization with in-app subscriptions and paywalls.
  • Experience with B2B SaaS, including various marketing channels and performance marketing.
  • Proven leadership experience in building and leading high-performing marketing teams.
  • Exceptional data analysis skills, understanding unit economics and building financial models.
  • Communicates easily in English, both with customers and internal teams.
