TL;DR

Head of Growth (Ecommerce): Leading conversion optimization and revenue growth across ecommerce channels with an accent on performance marketing, customer acquisition, and US market expansion. Location: Hybrid (London), 3-4 days on-site per week

What you will do

  • Define and lead the digital growth strategy focusing on performance marketing, ecommerce optimization, and scalable US expansion.
  • Oversee daily website operations and onsite developments to improve conversion rates and user experience.
  • Lead paid digital marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta, and YouTube via an in-house team.
  • Embed a "test and learn" culture using data-led insights to optimize ROAS, CPA, and customer lifetime value.
  • Develop customer-first retention and acquisition strategies in collaboration with the CRM Manager.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets and ownership of the digital P&L to maximize profitability.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in digital marketing and ecommerce for a D2C business.
  • Experience within the fashion or retail industry, preferably with a contemporary womenswear brand.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Shopify, and similar ecommerce technologies.
  • Experience managing and inspiring a diverse in-house team of specialists.
