Marketing Science Partner (Analytics): Ensuring customers get the most value from the GrowthOS marketing investment analytics platform, helping them make fast, informed marketing investment decisions and predictions. Focus on platform adoption, market analysis, and collaborating with product and data teams to develop industry-first products.

Location: Hybrid in Sydney, Melbourne, and New York. Take your laptop and work from anywhere in the world for up to 6 weeks each year

What you will do

• Help customers understand the GrowthOS platform from onboarding and beyond.
• Evolve the platform adoption process through one-to-one engagement via training, materials, and automation.
• Develop and deliver sector and market analysis and thought leadership using the power of GrowthOS data and insight.
• Work with the Model Scale team to solve more complex customer problems.
• Support product development and innovation.
• Take accountability for customer satisfaction and lifetime value, in partnership with Growth Specialists.

Requirements

• Experience in marketing effectiveness, analytics, or measurement.
• Experience with MMM in tech, consulting, publishing, agency, or customer-side.
