Marketing Manager (Insurtech)

What you will do

• Serve as the chief storyteller reporting to the CEO to communicate company trajectory and value with impact.
• Own product marketing strategy, including messaging, positioning, pricing, and packaging for clients and brokers.
• Manage external communications and PR agencies to amplify the company's voice across all channels.
• Define and oversee brand strategy and digital marketing initiatives to strengthen market presence.
• Manage company-led conferences, risk-mitigation workshops, and webinars.
• Collaborate with Sales to create channel and partner marketing strategies and enablement toolkits.

Requirements

• Must be willing to work a hybrid schedule (2-3 days per week) in Madison, WI.
• 4-5+ years of marketing experience in insurance or insurtech (preference for commercial P&C or MGA/MGU environments).
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven track record of implementing marketing strategies that consistently meet or exceed objectives.
• Experience with channel enablement, including toolkits and train-the-trainer programs.
