TL;DR

Account Executive, SMB SLED (Sales): Responsible for closing new business by selling hirify.global’s products to targeted accounts in the SLED space with an accent on engaging with interested prospects and managing sales cycles. Focus on achieving annual sales goals and navigating the sales process for small to mid-size deals within the State & Local Government and Higher Education segment.

Location: Austin, TX - Hybrid (in office on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday - plus additional days as required). Not eligible for Visa sponsorship.

What you will do

  • Qualify prospective accounts and maintain a pipeline to achieve sales goals.
  • Negotiate opportunity terms, discounts, and implementation with leadership approval.
  • Conduct demos and presentations for prospects.
  • Manage sales cycles to help potential customers evaluate Ninja’s product and close revenue.
  • Provide accurate forecasting to sales leadership regularly.
  • Navigate the sales process aligning to SLED prospects and budget to revenue forecast.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably with SaaS products.
  • 1+ years experience selling into SLED (State & Local Government and Higher Education) is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Polished presenter with the ability to demo and navigate technology.
  • Confirmed negotiation skills, self-starter, and strong closer with a history of successful over-quota performance.
  • Well-organized with a proven ability to multitask, carrying on multiple deals simultaneously to close.
  • Experience using Salesforce is highly preferred.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US (not eligible for Visa sponsorship).
  • Must be based in Austin, TX, and work hybrid (in office Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday).
