What you will do

• Provide regulatory oversight and compliance guidance to commercial, product, and operational teams.
• Review and negotiate B2B SaaS commercial contracts while ensuring adherence to regulatory frameworks.
• Conduct compliance assessments for product designs, data flows, and operational processes.
• Develop and maintain privacy compliance programs, including data protection impact assessments.
• Establish and document legal infrastructure, playbooks, and internal policies.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with global frameworks like GDPR, CCPA, and ISO standards.

Requirements

• Law degree (LL.M. or equivalent) from Sweden, the UK, or an EU-jurisdiction.
• Qualified to practice law in Sweden, the UK, or an EU-jurisdiction.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
• 7+ years of experience at a top-tier law firm and as in-house counsel.
• Strong background in B2B SaaS agreements and cross-border privacy compliance.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and global compliance frameworks such as AICPA SOC.
