Salary: $106,000–$146,000 annually.

What you will do

• Partner with Account Management and Customer Development teams to create tailored narratives articulating Lyra’s value and compelling customer business action.
• Serve as a consultative partner to customers' internal analytical and benefits teams, informing their population health and financial strategies.
• Utilize expert proficiency in BI tools and automation platforms to build and maintain customized, executive-ready dashboards and templates.
• Proactively analyze customer data to identify emerging trends, anomalies, or successes and connect findings to Lyra’s thought leadership.
• Work closely with the internal Data Operations team to ensure underlying data models are reliable and accurate for customer-facing reports.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in an analytical role, preferably within a SaaS, healthcare, or consulting environment with direct client/customer-facing responsibilities.
• Expert-level proficiency in data visualization and business intelligence tools, and advanced SQL for querying complex datasets.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to translate complex data analysis into compelling visual and narrative formats for executive audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to think critically about business objectives and use data to form proactive, consultative recommendations.
• Experience managing high-stakes client relationships and partnering effectively with non-technical business users.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Economics, Statistics, Finance, Business Analytics) required.
