Director, Operations Strategy & Analytics (AI): Leading a team to define how hirify.global's Operations organization uses data to drive performance, efficiency, and scalability with an accent on analytical depth, strategic acumen, and workforce optimization. Focus on designing frameworks, serving as a strategic advisor to leadership, and shaping global operations through analytics and AI-powered solutions.

Location: Fully remote within the US, with a preference for being onsite in NYC once a week.

Salary: $164,900–$214,450

What you will do

  • Lead a strategic analytics Center of Excellence, developing frameworks and tools for performance measurement and resource optimization using analytics and AI.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to Operations leadership, diagnosing challenges and informing strategic decisions with data.
  • Own workforce management strategy, building scalable capacity planning, forecasting, and staffing models.
  • Define and standardize Operations success metrics, creating common KPI definitions and reporting methodologies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, BI, and Product teams on data infrastructure and reporting consistency.
  • Develop and mentor a high-performing team of analysts and planners.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in operations strategy, analytics, or management consulting, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with senior executives to solve complex business challenges using data and structured analysis.
  • Strong command of data and visualization tools (e.g., Looker, SQL, Hex).
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to synthesize analysis into actionable insights.
  • A builder’s mindset, comfortable establishing frameworks, processes, and standards in a scaling environment.
  • Strong leadership presence and ability to develop, motivate, and empower analytical talent.
