What you will do

• Collaborate within a team of consultants to deliver performance improvement to healthcare systems.
• Lead and participate in engagement work streams, including determining client needs and overseeing data analyses.
• Interpret data analyses to form initial recommendations and develop potential solutions.
• Develop deliverables and presentations for various client audiences and assist in implementation.
• Manage workstream economics and project management activities for assigned work.
• Participate in practice development and learn hirify.global's internal technologies and services.

Requirements

• 4 or more years of applicable work experience.
• Bachelors degree required.
• Ability to conduct and oversee data analyses, including using hirify.global and PINC AI databases.
• Strong ability to lead work groups and relate to clients and team members collaboratively.
• Ability to coordinate and deliver effective presentations (verbal and written) to client audiences.
• Must be able to travel 61-80% within the US.

Nice to have

• Lean Process Improvement or Six Sigma Green/Black belt certification.
• Experience in Health Systems Finance, Operations, Operational/Strategic Consulting, Strategic Planning, or Decision Support Analytics.
• Experience analyzing complex healthcare datasets and developing data visualizations.
• Master’s Degree.
