What you will do

• Lead and manage significant client workstreams or projects within healthcare systems.
• Execute, direct, and oversee data analyses, interpretations, and conclusions for client projects.
• Develop final recommendations, solutions, deliverables, and presentations for various client audiences.
• Assist in the implementation of recommended improvements and manage project risks and issues.
• Manage project economics, administrative activities, and mentor assigned staff.
• Maintain utilization targets for client billable projects and participate in practice development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of applicable experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ability to synthesize data models and visualizations, provide critical data insights.
• Subject matter expertise in data analytics, business intelligence, or statistical tools (SQL, R, Python, Databricks, SAS, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.).
• Experience in Health Systems Finance, Revenue Cycle, or Operational/Strategic Consulting.
• Experience analyzing complex healthcare data sets and leading cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Master’s Degree; RN license or other professional license in clinical area of expertise; PMP/Lean Certification.
• Working knowledge in Revenue Cycle Analytics.
