What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of existing GoldStar customers as primary point of contact.
  • Build long-term relationships to drive retention, loyalty, and reorder revenue.
  • Proactively handle reorder cycles and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Execute outbound outreach via phone, email, and SMS.
  • Achieve monthly sales, retention, and activity KPIs while prioritizing high-revenue accounts.
  • Track activities in CRM and collaborate with teams to improve customer outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required)
  • 6 months to 1+ year of inside sales experience in phone-based or contact-center environment
  • Strong phone etiquette, professional communication, sales cycles, and objection handling
  • Experience managing multiple accounts and priorities
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred)
  • Ability to work on-site in structured inside sales environment

Nice to have

  • Experience in automotive, technology, SaaS, or subscription-based industries
  • Exposure to retention or reorder-driven sales models
  • Familiarity with contact center terminology and workflows
  • Additional language proficiency
