Account Manager – Inside Sales (On-Site)

What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of existing GoldStar customers as primary point of contact.
- Build long-term relationships to drive retention, loyalty, and reorder revenue.
- Proactively handle reorder cycles and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Execute outbound outreach via phone, email, and SMS.
- Achieve monthly sales, retention, and activity KPIs while prioritizing high-revenue accounts.
- Track activities in CRM and collaborate with teams to improve customer outcomes.
Requirements
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required)
- 6 months to 1+ year of inside sales experience in phone-based or contact-center environment
- Strong phone etiquette, professional communication, sales cycles, and objection handling
- Experience managing multiple accounts and priorities
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to work on-site in structured inside sales environment
Nice to have
- Experience in automotive, technology, SaaS, or subscription-based industries
- Exposure to retention or reorder-driven sales models
- Familiarity with contact center terminology and workflows
- Additional language proficiency
