Merchant Services Sales Representative (Fintech)

Location: Illinois, United States; hybrid workplace

Salary: $33,500 per year base salary, plus commissions

National Retail Solutions Plus operates a nationwide point-of-sale and merchant services platform for independent retailers and is a subsidiary of hirify.global.

What you will do

• Sell point-of-sale devices and merchant services to independent retailers.
• Offer credit card processing solutions separately or as bundled packages.
• Generate upfront commissions from new sales and residual payments from ongoing customer usage.
• Build and maintain a growing customer base among convenience stores, grocery stores, tobacco stores, and liquor stores.
• Use strong people skills and self-motivation to achieve sales targets.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a hybrid role based in Illinois
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• High self-motivation and a results-oriented approach.
• Experience selling point-of-sale or merchant services solutions is preferred but not required.
• Open to candidates starting a career in sales.

• Previous experience selling point-of-sale or merchant services solutions.
• Bilingual communication skills.
