TL;DR

Presales Architect (Communications AI): Designing and demonstrating innovative communication solutions powered by AI for healthcare, non-profit, public sector, and NGO customers, with an accent on delivering technical wins and optimal product fit. Focus on translating complex customer needs into actionable technical architectures, integrating hirify.global's APIs and cloud platforms, and ensuring strategic alignment for successful deployments.

Location: Remote - US. Not eligible to be hired in CT, NJ, NY, WA, PA or the surrounding areas of San Francisco, CA, Oakland, CA, or San Jose, CA. Approximately 25% travel is anticipated.

Salary: $181,824.00–$227,280.00 (annual, for New York, New Jersey, Washington State, or San Francisco Bay area, California)

What you will do

  • Partner with Account Executives and Partner Account Managers to execute pre-sales activities including qualification, demonstrations, Proof-of-Concept, and RFP.
  • Lead technical and product sales, recommending best-practice solutions and guiding customers on how to use hirify.global’s APIs.
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to senior leadership by understanding technical pains and designing innovative solutions.
  • Build and present highly interactive customer product demonstrations to showcase hirify.global’s capabilities.
  • Proactively identify team or organizational needs, documenting them in depth, and proposing strategies.
  • Mentor less experienced Presales Engineers and act as a facilitator or team leader.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of pre-sales experience selling complex, technical products or supporting technical products with customer-facing experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to gain audience confidence and effectively communicate ROI.
  • Ability to build a deep understanding of customer communications needs and guide them to a technical solution.
  • Previous software development experience or working knowledge in Backend (Java, C#, Node.js, Python, PHP) or Web development (JavaScript, HTML/CSS, React, Vue.js, Angular).
  • Experience building with REST APIs.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure) and cloud application architecture.
  • Previous experience in Telecom, SIP, Contact Center, or Security.
  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in a technical discipline (Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience managing strategic accounts and evangelizing new use cases and technology in the public sector vertical.
  • Experience in Social Impact, Healthcare, Public Sector verticals.
