What you will do

• Lead, coach, and motivate the product operations team, supporting their skill development and focus.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to document, standardize, and continuously improve product management operational processes.
• Manage timelines, resources, and dependencies for product operational projects.
• Define, develop, and monitor key performance metrics related to operational efficiency and product performance.
• Track product investment spend, reporting on variances and providing awareness to leaders.
• Develop customer insights frameworks and identify/leverage AI capabilities to improve and automate processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Product Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in product operations, product management, or a related field.
• Deep data analysis, visualization, and presentation experience.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, R, or other programming language.
• Strong proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong project management skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and complex workflows.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of product analytics tools, trends, and best practices.
• Familiarity with agile software development.
• Prior experience with healthcare operations.
