What you will do
- Lead, coach, and motivate the product operations team, supporting their skill development and focus.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to document, standardize, and continuously improve product management operational processes.
- Manage timelines, resources, and dependencies for product operational projects.
- Define, develop, and monitor key performance metrics related to operational efficiency and product performance.
- Track product investment spend, reporting on variances and providing awareness to leaders.
- Develop customer insights frameworks and identify/leverage AI capabilities to improve and automate processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Product Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in product operations, product management, or a related field.
- Deep data analysis, visualization, and presentation experience.
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, R, or other programming language.
- Strong proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong project management skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and complex workflows.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of product analytics tools, trends, and best practices.
- Familiarity with agile software development.
- Prior experience with healthcare operations.
