Location: Flexible with preference for major business hubs in North America (ET). The role is Remote (United States) and requires willingness to travel up to 20% (domestic and international).

What you will do

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans aligning with client objectives and delivery methodology.
• Track and manage project milestones, timelines, and deliverables to achieve key client outcomes.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as a primary point of contact.
• Guide clients through the implementation journey from kickoff to go-live and support pre-sales activities.
• Coordinate activities across cross-functional implementation teams, providing guidance and fostering collaboration.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in project management, client delivery, or related roles.
• Proven history of successfully managing software implementation projects and SaaS deployment.
• Experience building and maintaining client relationships and managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices, including managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation abilities.
• Ability to identify and mitigate project risks effectively, with strong problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Agile/Scrum certifications.
