What you will do
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans aligning with client objectives and delivery methodology.
- Track and manage project milestones, timelines, and deliverables to achieve key client outcomes.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as a primary point of contact.
- Guide clients through the implementation journey from kickoff to go-live and support pre-sales activities.
- Coordinate activities across cross-functional implementation teams, providing guidance and fostering collaboration.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in project management, client delivery, or related roles.
- Proven history of successfully managing software implementation projects and SaaS deployment.
- Experience building and maintaining client relationships and managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices, including managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation abilities.
- Ability to identify and mitigate project risks effectively, with strong problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities.
Nice to have
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
- Agile/Scrum certifications.
