What you will do

• Lead planning and execution of complex, high-priority initiatives across multiple teams and domains.
• Act as the central coordination point between Engineering, Product, and Operations to align stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks while driving mitigation strategies.
• Utilize AI tools for workflow automation, analysis, and reporting to optimize delivery processes.
• Maintain transparency regarding progress, timelines, and trade-offs for stakeholders at all levels.
• Drive an execution culture focused on outcomes, accountability, and continuous delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.
• At least six years of experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or Delivery Manager in a growing tech company.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-team projects in dynamic environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to drive decision-making.
• Solid understanding of software development processes and the SDLC.
• Must be able to obtain a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency as a condition of employment.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI tools for delivery optimization and reporting.
• Experience as a pragmatic Scrum Master or Agile practitioner.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and reporting/analytics tools.
• Experience driving operational efficiency and process improvements.
