What you will do

  • Build and scale institutional revenue across Web3, payments, custody, compliance, and tokenization.
  • Design and sell high-value strategic partnerships.
  • Define pricing discipline and deal architecture for $50K to $1M+ collaborations.
  • Personally close first lighthouse enterprise deals and lead complex negotiations.
  • Own ICP definition, buyer personas, and go-to-market logic.
  • Build and upgrade a sales organization focused on consultative selling and account expansion.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, partnerships, or strategic revenue roles.
  • Track record of consistently closing $100K+ deals and understanding long sales cycles.
  • Experience in fintech, payments, Web3 infrastructure, SaaS, or consulting.
  • Proven ability to build and scale sales teams and processes.
  • Fluent in English (C1+); additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to think in platforms, ecosystems, and long-term partnerships.
