What you will do
- Build and scale institutional revenue across Web3, payments, custody, compliance, and tokenization.
- Design and sell high-value strategic partnerships.
- Define pricing discipline and deal architecture for $50K to $1M+ collaborations.
- Personally close first lighthouse enterprise deals and lead complex negotiations.
- Own ICP definition, buyer personas, and go-to-market logic.
- Build and upgrade a sales organization focused on consultative selling and account expansion.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, partnerships, or strategic revenue roles.
- Track record of consistently closing $100K+ deals and understanding long sales cycles.
- Experience in fintech, payments, Web3 infrastructure, SaaS, or consulting.
- Proven ability to build and scale sales teams and processes.
- Fluent in English (C1+); additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to think in platforms, ecosystems, and long-term partnerships.
