What you will do
- Aggregate and integrate sustainability data from internal systems, third-party providers, and public sources.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines for sustainability metrics across business units.
- Analyze sustainability performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Build dashboards and visualizations using tools like Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Perform quality assurance on sustainability data and develop sustainability focused commentary.
- Work closely with IT, Risk, Finance, and business teams to align data strategies.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Data Science, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Statistics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably within financial services or ESG.
- Proficiency in Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Familiarity with ESG reporting standards and sustainability metrics related to the Food System and Energy Transition space.
- Ability to travel regionally up to 15%.
