What you will do
- Partner with sales leadership to assess team performance and develop targeted training solutions.
- Design and implement structured enablement programs including processes, templates, and playbooks.
- Create engaging training programs for APAC regions and develop comprehensive onboarding frameworks.
- Build strong partnerships with product marketing, solution architects, and GTM teams to align training content.
- Establish clear metrics to measure program effectiveness and guide improvement.
- Act as a strategic enablement partner to APAC and global Solution Architect leaders, identifying capability gaps.
Requirements
- 8+ years combined experience in B2B sales and sales enablement.
- Proven success building and improving enablement programs.
- Strong background in training needs assessment and program design.
- Experience creating efficient processes and effective training frameworks.
- Track record of successful sales performance and team development.
