TL;DR
Enterprise Account Executive (SaaS/Insurance): Manage the full sales cycle for cloud-native insurance software targeting P&C carriers, focusing on lead generation, solution presentation, and closing deals. Location: Remote within the United States only
Salary: $100,000–$175,000

What you will do
- Generate new leads and opportunities and maintain an active sales pipeline
- Manage the entire sales process from qualification to closure, including negotiations and deal reviews
- Identify expansion and upsell opportunities within existing accounts
- Translate technical billing challenges into clear business value and ROI
- Collaborate with marketing on account-based initiatives and target campaigns
- Attend trade shows and industry events to build relationships and promote solutions
Requirements
- Must have 5 years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in SaaS/Data Analytics
- Strong P&C insurance experience, especially with mutual companies and billing products
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experience with Salesforce and social media platforms like LinkedIn
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Consultative sales process expertise and strong presentation skills
Nice to have
- Previous marketing experience
- French language knowledge for Québec candidates (training provided)
