• Own customer planning for the GenAI instance portfolio.
• Manage demand intake and organize supportability scenarios to influence VP+ business decisions.
• Ensure infrastructure and EC2 teams execute against global commitments.
• Drive key initiatives and process improvements for EC2 GenAI Capacity planning.
• Collaborate with engineering organizations to build new technologies for automation.
• Drive significant impact on customer experience and business through data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams.
• Experience building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• Must have US work authorization.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management experience.
• Experience defining KPIs/SLAs for multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.
