What you will do

• Convert business requirements into detailed technical specifications and system architectures to enable parallel team execution.
• Develop enrichment strategies and select optimal models to maximize ROI and data quality.
• Coordinate project milestones across cross-functional teams and resolve technical blockers.
• Estimate implementation effort and create multi-team delivery timelines.
• Establish visibility mechanisms to provide stakeholders insight into pipeline status and performance.
• Manage technical escalations and facilitate the resolution of design disagreements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• Proven experience managing programs across cross-functional teams and coordinating release schedules.
• Must be based in New York, NY or Seattle, WA.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of project management experience in scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk management.
• Experience defining KPIs/SLAs for multi-million dollar businesses.
• Experience developing, deploying, and managing AI products at scale.
