Salary: USD $139,900 – $274,800 per year (USD $188,000 – $304,200 in San Francisco Bay Area and New York City).

What you will do

• Lead investigations into marketplace deviations by analyzing business, advertiser, user, and system metrics.
• Perform advanced data analysis across large-scale sources to uncover root causes and generate insights.
• Drive mitigation of high-severity issues by coordinating with engineering, product, data science, finance, and business teams globally.
• Improve monitoring, anomaly detection, and investigation frameworks, including tooling and automation gaps.
• Conduct root-cause analyses and post-incident reviews to implement durable fixes and prevention strategies.
• Mentor team members and participate in on-call rotation (every 8–10 weeks).

Requirements

• Ability to meet hirify.global Cloud Background Check and security screening requirements.
• Bachelor’s Degree AND 6+ years in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development (or equivalent).
• 3+ years managing cross-functional/cross-team projects.
• Experience in technical program management, data analysis, or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills with SQL and tools like Python, R, Excel, or Tableau.
• Understanding of distributed systems and operational mindset.

Nice to have

• 12+ years experience in relevant fields.
• 7+ years in technical program management or data science.
• 5+ years leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience in Ad Tech, web analytics, or big data.
• Programming knowledge (C, C#, JavaScript).
