What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end design process from problem definition to production delivery.
• Conduct exploratory research and create user journey maps to inform design decisions.
• Turn complicated technical requirements into user-centered stories.
• Design innovative solutions and develop highly functional user experiences and user interfaces.
• Collaborate with product managers to build a user-centric product roadmap.
• Mentor and provide guidance to other designers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a product designer working on complex B2B software.
• Experience designing agentic AI experiences is a must
• A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in designing and leading the creation of user-centric experiences.
• Deep understanding of design and product development processes in an agile environment.
• Complete mastering of UI patterns, UX best practices, and graphic design principles.
• Excellent knowledge of HTML/CSS, Javascript, and React.
• Excellent communication skills.
