What you will do

  • Assist Belgian customers with inquiries regarding software usage and functionality.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with client contacts.
  • Advise customers on optimizing their hirify.global environment to improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal customer experts to clarify needs and deliver solutions.
  • Contribute to team process improvements and share knowledge with colleagues.

Requirements

  • Fluent Dutch communication skills are mandatory.
  • Professional English proficiency.
  • Strong analytical skills and interest in software applications.
  • Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
