TL;DR
District Onboarding Manager: Overseeing and project managing district onboarding processes for K-8 schools, ensuring projects are delivered on time and align with partner visions. Focus on creating project plans, professional development strategies, and communication plans to drive high product adoption across diverse district partners.
Location: Remote. Significant hours overlap with one of the Americas time zones is required.
Salary: $35/hr–$50/hr (United States estimated hourly rate).

What you will do
- Oversee and project manage the district onboarding process, ensuring timely and error-free project delivery.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with technical, training, sales, product, and support teams.
- Facilitate kickoff calls with new and returning district partners to deeply understand their goals and timelines.
- Create internal and external project plans, professional development plans, and roll-out strategies.
- Manage all external and internal communication, including project status updates and risk escalation.
- Educate and guide customers on 's products and services to maximize their experience.
Requirements
- 2+ years of project management and/or customer success manager experience in a SaaS environment required.
- Proven ability to independently manage 30+ projects on tight deadlines with a high level of organization and accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High empathy and emotional intelligence.
- Experience working on cross-functional projects with multiple internal stakeholders.
- Experience in EdTech and implementing SaaS products for K-12 schools and districts.
Nice to have
- Project management certifications (e.g., Six Sigma/Lean, PMP, PPM, CSPO, CSM, SAFe).
- Experience in high growth organizations.
- Experience working in a customer-facing capacity with K-12 district leaders and/or working directly in a district setting.
- Experience with as a teacher or administrator.

- This is a short-term contract position from May 4 to September 30.
- The role is 40 hours per week, with an expected schedule of ~9:00 a.m. to ~5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, in your local time zone.
