• Manage the end-to-end transition of Talent Acquisition activities to Technology Business Services.
• Partner with Technology and Recruiting teams to facilitate smooth process handoffs.
• Consult on and participate in complex project initiatives and large-scale planning.
• Analyze project challenges and evaluate variable factors to ensure successful delivery.
• Collaborate with client personnel to meet project milestones and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on W-2 only (No C2C or 1099).
• 4+ years of project management experience.
• Proven experience with Workday implementation and development.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
• Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
