What you will do

• Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs.
• Lead development of key application elements, with a primary focus on leveraging AI for efficiency, effectiveness, and engagement.
• Balance strategic planning (25%), product marketing and external engagement (25%), and operational execution (50%).
• Support roadmap prioritization based on impact and customer feedback, ensuring timely execution with engineering.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams for successful product launches.
• Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to inform product development.

Requirements

• Proven 8–10 years of product management experience in the SaaS industry.
• Experience and familiarity with enterprise software and large enterprise customer challenges.
• Comfortable working within agile methodologies and adapting to dynamic, global environments.
• Strong understanding of software development, cloud technologies, and platform architecture.
• Knowledge of API-driven platforms, understanding of developer ecosystems, and experience with tools such as JIRA.
• Ability to work in the US, as indicated by "US Based" and E-Verify participation.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI-driven product development, prototyping, and product-led experimentation.
• Background in corporate learning, HR information systems, or enterprise learning solutions.
