TL;DR

Enterprise Account Executive (AI Identity Security): Developing and executing sales strategies to sell a next-generation AI identity security platform with an accent on self-generated pipeline and achieving revenue quotas. Focus on identifying customer pain points, creating champions within enterprise accounts, and navigating complex deal progressions.

Location: Must be based in New Jersey or Pennsylvania, USA (approximately 25% travel required)

Salary: $140,000–$170,000 USD (base salary)

What you will do

  • Develop and execute sales strategies, build a self-generated pipeline, and achieve assigned revenue quotas.
  • Identify and qualify leads that fit the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) through direct prospecting and ecosystem partners.
  • Secure alignment with CISOs and relevant stakeholders within enterprise accounts, creating champions.
  • Utilize effective discovery and qualification skills to identify customer pain points and determine business value.
  • Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships to maximize market adoption and secure new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Successful track record selling complex enterprise software and evangelizing disruptive technology.
  • Ability to penetrate accounts with little pre-existing business and secure net new logos.
  • Relevant industry domain experience in IAM/PAM/IGA, data security, cloud security, or compliance.
  • Knowledge of territory, key enterprise accounts, ecosystem partners, and relationships to leverage.
  • Effective PG skills, target account selling, solution selling, and consultative sales techniques; knowledge of MEDDPICC.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required.
