Location: Hybrid, must be based in The Netherlands (Amsterdam).

What you will do

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify strategic partnership opportunities in the Dutch market.
  • Build and manage a robust partnership pipeline with a target of signing strategic partnerships.
  • Lead end-to-end partnership negotiations from initial outreach through contract signing.
  • Work with partners to generate referrals to hirify.global’s financial management platform.
  • Drive brand building initiatives through partnership channels, increasing hirify.global's visibility in the Netherlands.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to align partnership integrations with business objectives.

Requirements

  • 3-4+ years in business development, partnerships, or strategic alliances, ideally within banking/fintech, SaaS, or consulting.
  • Native-level Dutch speaker with English: C1+ required.
  • Strong understanding of the Dutch business landscape and B2B relationship navigation.
  • Ability to identify mutually valuable partnership opportunities and structure beneficial deals.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in ambiguous environments and excited about establishing hirify.global's partnership presence.
