What you will do
- Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through campaign setups and sharing industry insights to optimize performance.
- Lead continuous performance tracking and data analysis to meet key KPIs and ensure measurable client success.
- Identify expansion opportunities within client portfolios to increase ad spend and drive revenue.
- Proactively use data to identify potential issues and collaborate with BI, Fraud, and UA teams to solve complex problems swiftly.
- Deliver competitive analysis and industry trend reports to keep clients ahead in the digital advertising landscape.
Requirements
- Experience in account management or business development, specifically focused on building deep, long-term client relationships.
- Strong ability to use analytics tools and data-driven insights to shape strategy and troubleshoot technical integrations.
- Solid understanding of the Ad-Tech, gaming, or app industry landscapes and digital advertising best practices.
- Ability to explain complex data and technical concepts clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels.
- Work full-time from the office in Berlin, Germany.
