Описание вакансии

* Provide structured market, customer, and competitor insights to inform sales strategy and go-to-market development






MUST HAVES
* Native-level German proficiency, both spoken and written


* 2+ years of successful experience as an Sales Development Representative or in a similar closing role within a B2B SaaS environment


* Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas


* Strong business acumen with the ability to identify customer pain points and translate them into commercial solutions


* Exceptional communication skills, including discovery, product demonstrations, and professional follow-up


* Proficiency in CRM and sales automation tools, with HubSpot experience strongly preferred


* High level of curiosity, drive, resilience, and coachability


* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving, and international environment



Nice to Haves

* Polish and or Dutch language skills


* Experience selling SaaS or technology solutions into hospitality, nightlife, leisure, or entertainment industries


* Experience working in a tech startup or scale-up environment


* Previous success working in a remote or hybrid environment (if you’re working from Germany our HQ is in Helsinki)


* Exposure to karaoke, AV technology, music licensing, or competitive socialising concepts





COMPENSATION AND OTE
This role offers a competitive base salary and a transparent, performance-based commission structure.

* OTE: 51,000€/year at target, with upside to 63,000€+ for high performance
