What you will do
- Develop and manage alliances with VAR, Reseller, SI, and GSI partners, including driving co-sell motions and deal pipelines.
- Collaborate with partners to execute joint go-to-market plans, covering sales and marketing initiatives.
- Align partner strategies with internal sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams.
- Ensure successful delivery of partner-driven projects and customer value from solutions.
- Track key performance metrics such as partner revenue, pipeline, and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends and emerging technologies to identify new partnership opportunities.
Requirements
- 10+ years of industry experience in partnerships/alliances, primarily in a sales capacity.
- 5+ years of direct sales/channel sales/management experience in data, cloud, or SaaS.
- Strong business development and sales background with a track record of building GTM partnerships.
- Strategic and structured thinker capable of building new processes, relationships, and revenue streams.
- Knowledgeable about enterprise SaaS sales motions and enabling partner success with hirify.global.
- Ability to design and present business plans, track program progress, and document program guidelines.
