What you will do

• Implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday solutions for a global customer base.
• Specialize in gathering and transforming customer organizational and employee data prior to loading into Workday tenants.
• Build relationships with customers to understand their data needs and lead the delivery of aligned solutions.
• Lead the data workstream on Workday implementations, working closely with other functional team leads and stakeholders.
• Aid education and growth in the area of Workday Data Consulting within the hirify.global Workday practice.
• Support the sales process, including the production of estimates for the delivery of work packages.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge and experience in data analysis, manipulation, reporting, and formatting.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to spot errors in large data sets.
• Excellent customer focus, able to assess needs, build relationships, and manage expectations.
• Strong communication skills, capable of formal presentations to senior Client audiences.
• Broad business and technology understanding with a good awareness of industry trends.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and make sensible decisions under pressure.
• Able to travel to customer sites in the same region if required.

Nice to have

• Workday HCM or Financials Certified, or experience with other similar HCM/ERP systems.
• Some understanding and appreciation for different data formatting characteristics across jurisdictions and countries.
