What you will do

• Review and validate change requests and impact assessments.
• Host and document change-related stakeholder calls.
• Coordinate deployment activities across internal and external teams.
• Manage the full lifecycle of changes from planned to emergency.
• Conduct release analysis to assess readiness, dependencies, and risks.
• Provide guidance and training on service delivery processes.

Requirements

• Must have pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK.
• Must be eligible for UK Security Clearance and NPPV3.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and customer-facing experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of ITIL methodology and service delivery processes.

Nice to have

• ITIL v4 certification.
• Experience in release analysis and evaluating release scope.
• Data analysis skills using Excel.
