What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including software licensing, master services, and vendor agreements.
• Provide legal advice on commercial technology contracts.
• Identify commercial, legal, and compliance risks in existing and contemplated transactions.
• Monitor legal, legislative, and regulatory trends, including data privacy and security laws.
• Collaborate with other departments globally to ensure consistency of legal advice.
• Lead other legal and compliance projects as requested.

Requirements

• Law degree from an accredited law school and active license to practice law.
• 8+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent written, oral, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Prior in-house experience working to tight deadlines.
• High level of attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
