What you will do

  • Lead solution envisioning and demonstrations of Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and AI capabilities.
  • Architect technical solutions, translating customer requirements into scalable architectures.
  • Drive customer success by influencing transformation roadmaps and ensuring solutions are designed for adoption and ROI.
  • Support sales execution through proposals, RFPs, value propositions, and proof-of-concept engagements.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across clients, partners, Microsoft, and industry bodies.
  • Promote best practices by refining pre-sales methodologies and delivery patterns.

Requirements

  • Technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and AI capabilities.
  • Strong pre-sales experience in solution envisioning, RFP responses, proposal writing, and value-based selling.
  • Architecture skills: experience designing solutions that integrate with enterprise applications, data platforms, and cloud services.
  • Consultative communication skills: ability to engage confidently with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven impact with a track record of influencing pipeline, improving win rates, and helping clients achieve measurable transformation outcomes.
  • Passionate continuous learner: keeping pace with platform innovation and bringing new insights into client conversations.
