TL;DR

Account Manager (Fintech): Building and managing client relationships and identifying new opportunities within existing accounts with an accent on governance framework management, KPI achievement, and contract renegotiation. Focus on becoming a trusted partner, driving business development, and ensuring client satisfaction in the financial services sector.

Location: Austin, Texas. Authorization to work in either the U.S. or Canada is a precondition.

What you will do

  • Proactively build and manage relationships with clients and their key personnel to become a trusted partner.
  • Manage the governance framework with clients, and run key forums such as Steering Committees and Business Reviews.
  • Identify and develop opportunities with existing clients.
  • Ensure KPIs and targets are met.
  • Manage the business side for development, enhancements, or change requests with the client and supporting internal teams.
  • Create and maintain forecast models and ensure invoicing is current with the client.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Account Management experience within the financial services sector, with direct cards, payments, or issuer processing experience preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Strong networking skills with the ability to build rapport both internally and externally.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within and across teams.
  • Authorization to work in either the U.S. or Canada is a precondition of employment.
