Location: Remote (US), New York, NY (HQ), San Francisco, CA. Must be based in the US. Relocation support to NYC or SF (as needed).
Salary: $97,920 - $149,600

What you will do
- Identify expansion opportunities within a portfolio of hirify.global customers and own the sales process.
- Develop and execute upsell/cross-sell strategies and maintain a robust expansion pipeline.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them achieve their goals with hirify.global.
- Gather and provide customer feedback to inform hirify.global’s product roadmap & customer communication strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve operational efficiencies and advocate for customers.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of customer-facing or direct sales experience.
- Proven track record of achievement in a high velocity business environment.
- Prior CRM experience (preferably Salesforce).
- Experience with outbound prospecting and product demonstrations.
- Ability to discuss hirify.global's value proposition with C-level executives, finance teams, and decision makers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
