TL;DR

Location: Remote (US). This role is responsible for the Boston, MA territory.

Salary: $150,000–$157,000 + commission and equity

What you will do

  • Proactively break into net-new logos in your assigned territory.
  • Foster new business initiatives with target accounts and act as their internal advocate.
  • Strategically define value and specific business outcomes hirify.global will deliver.
  • Collaboratively work alongside internal resources, partners, and team members.
  • Monitor industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand customer needs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Enterprise B2B closing experience (FS&I accounts preferred).
  • Excellent in pipeline generation and meticulous in planning and preparation.
  • Driven to win and motivated to hit and exceed quota attainment YoY.
  • High aptitude for cross-functional collaboration and influence.
  • Strong ability to navigate an enterprise and develop key points of contact.
  • Research and data-driven approach to account planning; proactively identify opportunities.
