Key Account Manager (Electronics): Managing sales and driving revenue growth for selected key accounts with an accent on identifying relevant hirify.global technologies and converting New Business Opportunities (NBOs) into revenue. Focus on expanding the hirify.global portfolio, driving multi-technology demand creation, and ensuring revenue conversion across all supply chain channels.

Location: Virtual in Germany with a willingness to travel a minimum of 60% within the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).

What you will do

  • Manage selected focus account sales and drive revenue growth.
  • Support customer projects by identifying relevant hirify.global technologies.
  • Collaborate with global resources to convert New Business Opportunities (NBOs) into wins and revenue.
  • Drive and expand the hirify.global portfolio growth at assigned Focus Accounts.
  • Ensure win-ordered NBOs are converted into revenue across all channels (Direct, EMS, Distribution).
  • Maintain focus on promoting and leveraging the full hirify.global portfolio.

Requirements

  • Successfully completed a university degree in an electronics or related technical field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Key Account Manager within a multinational organization.
  • Fluent in both German and English.
  • In-depth knowledge of the semiconductor and electronics industries.
  • Proven track record of driving growth and delivering results in the industry.
  • Willingness to travel a minimum of 60% within the DACH region.
