Salary: $265,000–$364,300 USD annually, plus potential annual performance bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do
- Lead global enterprise engineering and operations, building and managing a highly technical engineering organization.
- Secure and optimize cloud environments, SaaS platforms, endpoints, collaboration tools, secrets, and identity systems.
- Build and scale AWS-based enterprise infrastructure, including infrastructure provisioning, SRE services, infrastructure as code, observability, and 24/7 on-call support.
- Partner with R&D to manage and integrate engineering tools such as GitHub, Jira, Confluence, and Atlassian.
- Lead endpoint and collaboration management, including zero-touch deployment, device lifecycle automation, Gmail, Slack, Moveworks, and Glean.
- Manage IAM standards, governance, availability, SLAs, compliance, cloud budgets, vendors, incident management, and M&A integrations.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience managing cloud infrastructure in large enterprises.
- Extensive experience with public cloud implementations in AWS and hands-on production troubleshooting and debugging.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native technologies, DevOps, SRE, infrastructure as code, Agile development, OKRs, and DORA KPIs.
- Experience managing collaboration tools, their configurations, integrations, and optimization.
- Experience leading senior professionals in asynchronous, distributed teams and collaborating cross-functionally on complex deliverables.
- Strong communication, mentoring, and technical leadership skills.
