TL;DR

Director, Mid-Market Sales (B2B Services): Leading a fast-growing portfolio of B2B advertisers across SaaS, Finance, and emerging categories within the US Mid-Market Services team with an accent on new customer acquisition and strategic partnerships. Focus on defining how B2B is sold, positioned, and scaled across hirify.global, and influencing cross-functional strategy.

Location: This role is flexible to be located in either San Francisco or New York.

Salary: $210,000 - $294,000 USD

What you will do

  • Recruit, train, and lead a team of Sales Managers, Acquisition Client Partners, Same Store Growth Client Partners, Client Account Executives, and Client Account Managers.
  • Build and expand your organization in smart and profitable ways to exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and manage senior-level relationships with key clients and agency partners.
  • Advise sales and product management on market opportunities, sales positioning, use of resources, and strategic planning.
  • Partner with Marketing to drive new product and partnership launches and new advertiser acquisition.
  • Partner with Sales Ops and Finance to develop financial and operating targets, ensuring alignment with the strategic plan.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in media sales.
  • 2+ years of experience leading teams of managers.
  • Deep functional knowledge and industry expertise within core B2B segments (Tech, SaaS, Financial Services, Start Ups, etc).
  • Ability to forecast critical business needs, look around corners, unblock barriers to success, and influence at all levels.
  • Passion for hirify.global and its incredibly unique audience by understanding the culture, vernacular, and appropriate ways to make brands successful within communities.
  • Track record of building high-performing teams through mentorship and talent development while attracting new talent.
