Enterprise Sales Director: Creating and closing sales within North America or named accounts for cloud contact center software with an accent on acquiring new customers and driving revenue. Location: Remote in the United States, with a preference for candidates based in Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada, or Utah. Candidates within 50 miles of the San Ramon office will be required to work hybrid (3 days a week in the San Ramon office).
Salary: $86,300–$167,200 USD (base salary range in the US)

What you will do
- Create and drive revenue within a specified region or list of named accounts.
- Generate business opportunities through professional networking and cold-calling.
- Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales quotas.
- Own the sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Develop business plans and present them during quarterly reviews.
- Maintain account and opportunity forecasting within Salesforce.
Requirements
- 5+ years of outside enterprise software sales experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced, rapid-change environment.
- Experience selling at the C-level.
- Proven track record of sales excellence as a hunter and closer.
- Superior professional presence and business acumen.
Nice to have
- Contact Center Software Sales experience (less than 1,000-seat space).
- Experience selling to COO/CFO.
- Knowledge of assigned territory or accounts.
