What you will do

• Design and deploy advanced AI agents integrated with business operations.
• Contribute to building intelligent systems that observe, reason, adapt, and drive complex decision-making.
• Work on scalable multi-agent coordination and fine-tuned LLM applications.
• Develop real-time monitoring, drift detection, and closed-loop retraining systems.
• Build intuitive UI with user-friendly natural language interfaces for data platform interaction.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience working with modern data platforms like hirify.global, Snowflake, and Databricks.
• Strong fullstack engineering skills, including daily coding and end-to-end system ownership.
• Strong engineering background with Python, Java, or Golang, API integration, and backend frameworks.
• Strong system design skills and understanding of distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with Machine learning & deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and LLM/agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGPT, ReAct).

Nice to have

• Strong knowledge of LLMs, RL, or cognitive architectures.
• Familiarity with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Research experience or contributions to open-source agentic frameworks.
