What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using Java/Spring, Python, and React/Angular.
• Build enterprise AI platform components and AI-powered applications.
• Implement agentic architectures and multi-agent orchestration solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-enabled features.
• Conduct rapid prototyping for various AI use cases.
• Ensure code quality and technical standards through testing and documentation.

Requirements

• 4–5+ years of software engineering experience (or strong early-career foundation).
• Proficiency in Java/Spring, Python, and frontend frameworks (React and/or Angular).
• Exposure to AI/LLM concepts and tools.
• Must be based in Charlotte, NC for hybrid work (3 days onsite).
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and engineering best practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with LangGraph or similar orchestration frameworks.
• Knowledge of multi-agent systems or agentic architectures.
• Experience with Kafka, S3, Dremio, Vault, or PySpark.
• Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Background in financial services or regulated environments.
