What you will do
- Qualify inbound leads from targeted accounts, collaborating closely with Account Executives.
- Build a quality, qualified pipeline within your assigned set of accounts.
- Research and strategize on how to approach targeted accounts with Account Executives.
- Identify prospect key contacts at target accounts and build personalized approaches to establish long-lasting business relationships.
- Execute appropriate outbound strategies by creating relevant content such as case studies, emails, and screencasts.
- Manage, track, and report sales activities and results using the Salesforce platform.
Requirements
- Mother language German and fluency in English (C1+).
- Prior experience in lead generation and sales (SaaS experience preferred).
- Highly motivated with a competitive edge and strong ability to quickly learn and adapt to change.
- A track record of achieving and exceeding individual quotas.
- Excellent communication, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-growing workplace, multi-task, and be flexible when priorities shift.
Nice to have
- Additional language speaking skills (ideally French, Dutch, or Spanish).
- Ability to Travel (up to 30%).
- Experience using Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Good understanding of working with the Google Office Suite.
