Location: Hybrid in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)

What you will do

  • Qualify inbound leads from targeted accounts, collaborating closely with Account Executives.
  • Build a quality, qualified pipeline within your assigned set of accounts.
  • Research and strategize on how to approach targeted accounts with Account Executives.
  • Identify prospect key contacts at target accounts and build personalized approaches to establish long-lasting business relationships.
  • Execute appropriate outbound strategies by creating relevant content such as case studies, emails, and screencasts.
  • Manage, track, and report sales activities and results using the Salesforce platform.

Requirements

  • Mother language German and fluency in English (C1+).
  • Prior experience in lead generation and sales (SaaS experience preferred).
  • Highly motivated with a competitive edge and strong ability to quickly learn and adapt to change.
  • A track record of achieving and exceeding individual quotas.
  • Excellent communication, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-growing workplace, multi-task, and be flexible when priorities shift.

Nice to have

  • Additional language speaking skills (ideally French, Dutch, or Spanish).
  • Ability to Travel (up to 30%).
  • Experience using Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Good understanding of working with the Google Office Suite.
