What you will do
- Qualify inbound leads from the Target Account List and collaborate with Account Executives to understand prospects' projects.
- Build quality, qualified pipeline in targeted accounts.
- Research and strategize with Account Executives and sales teams on approaching targeted accounts.
- Use various tools to identify prospect key contacts at target accounts and build a personalized approach.
- Execute outbound strategies by creating relevant content such as case studies and emails.
- Manage, track, and report sales activities and results using the Salesforce platform.
Requirements
- Mother language German and fluency in English
- Prior experience in lead generation and sales (SaaS experience preferred).
- Highly motivated with a competitive edge and strong ability to quickly learn and adapt to change.
- Keen interest in the tech industry.
- Excellent communication, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to think clearly under pressure and manage the demands of hirify.global, the company leadership, their AE’s and the allocated accounts respectively.
Nice to have
- Additional Language speaking would be a plus (ideally French, Dutch or Spanish)
- Ability to Travel - 30%
- Experience using Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Nav.
- Preference for candidates with experience at our current stage and beyond (over 10,000 customers, $50-300M ARR range, high growth, lots of change and building internal infrastructure).
